The establishment of  Istanbul Gelisim University:

Istanbul Gelisim University was established in 2008 as a center for education, general culture, and community development. In 2011, It became  Istanbul Gelisim University in the European Istanbul region at Cihanker station on the Metrobus line. The university was able during a good period of development, and progress at all scientific, technical, and engineering levels to establish a group of relations and agreements between it and many universities and countries around the world.  It has obtained many international and Arab recognitions and has become a destination for many international students, especially from Iraq, Palestine, Syria, Iran, Egypt, Libya, Azerbaijan, and some African countries. Today it has a good global ranking. It is the 3400 globally.

Istanbul Gelisim University is a leading private university in Turkey to teach aeronautical engineering in both English and Turkish. The university has six different faculties in which more than 60 scientific, medical, engineering, administrative and social programs are taught. It contains many master’s and doctoral programs in three different faculties.In addition to many strong vocational and scientific institutes that qualify the student for the labor market in a short period.

The main teaching language at Istanbul Gelisim University is English in addition to the Turkish language. Students are taught the language during a preparatory year at the university. The Faculty of Dentistry at the university contains the most important European accreditations in the field of health and dentistry by the Association for Dental Education in Europe ADEE.
