General requirements for admission to the university level:

o    General secondary certificate or its equivalent

o    English language certificate (not necessary and can study for a year at the university)

o    A copy of a valid passport

Middle East Technical University offers tuition fee waivers of 25% and 50% at the time of admission to applicants with grades (national or international curriculum) well above the minimum required for application, and 75% and 100% to exceptionally successful applicants.
