Istanbul Okan University is an endowment university founded in 1999 AD in Istanbul, Asia, to meet the needs of the labor market in terms of academic qualifications and good educational cadres. In addition, Istanbul Okan University includes the Department of the Faculty of Civil Aviation to its educational faculties.
